Headed back to NYC.

Today is my mom and stepdad’s tenth wedding anniversary. Everyone gives them best wishes before trickling out to start our trips in our respective directions. I’m the last to leave and get a chance to take some photos of the house and chat with my mom and Dan about the rest of my trip.

Alex eventually scoops me up and we head to NYC. Luckily we are able to dodge most of the holiday traffic and I meet up my brother and the kids in the Bronx. We bring the kids for a late lunch then to an arcade. We all have a great time playing games.

We return to my brothers house and relax with the kids. Everyone is a little burned out from the long weekend. It’s a great last night with my brother and the family before I fly back to Chicago tomorrow.
